摘要：
This lecture will deal with the Law to Promote Competitiveness and Reduce Concentration enacted in Israel in December 2013. This Law was designed to increase competitiveness and reduce the cost of living in Israel and decrease the excessive control of a relatively small number of players on the main economic activity. This Law is meant to tackle this and other existing structural problems in the Israeli economy and the control is achieved, in many cases, through business groups arranged in a pyramidal structure.
