演講者簡介：

Prof. Anselm Kamperman Sanders 為英國倫敦大學智慧財產權法博士，現任荷蘭馬斯垂克大學智慧財產權法教授，並擔任智慧財產權法與管理所所長、全球化國際法規研究所所長，以及澳門歐洲研究協會教授等。

Prof. Kamperman Sanders 專長為智財法、傳播法、商事法、不公平競爭法等，並致力於智慧財產權的培訓與課程發展，具深厚學術涵養，曾任多項法學期刊之編輯與顧問，並著有專書如 Unfair Competition Law (Oxford, Clarendon Press)、Intellectual Property in the Digital Age、International Intellectual Property and Free Trade Agreements (Oxford, Hart) 等書。
