賀！本所高銘志老師指導100級甲組楊瓊蘭同學5月10日至臺灣大學參加「第六屆全國研究生歐盟研究論文發表會」，並發表論文「Approximation of Policy and Legal Framework to Promote Biomass Power Generation in Taiwan under the Nuclear-Free Homeland Policy: The Lessons from Europe and Germany」。
